At Gardennaire, we treat every order equally because every customer is important to us. This is why we take care to provide safe and reliable deliveries on all orders. Our team processes the orders every day from Monday to Friday. This page answers everything that you may want to know about our shipping process.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed on the same day or the next day, as they are placed. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, then it would be processed on the next working day. Most items are shipped from our warehouse in Texas or another U.S. fulfillment center and you will receive the order within 7 working days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all patio furniture.

Do you offer free shipping on outdoor décor items and other accessories?

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $50. The shipping charges for orders below $50 are calculated at the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We are sorry, but we do not ship internationally. Currently, we ship only in the Continental USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and unincorporated US territories).
